About Us
C&M Couples™ was conceived by Martha and Curt Van Inwegen in 2005. We were inspired to create C&M Couples after we realized that we weren’t connecting as much as we wanted, and that we needed to find a consistent and fun way to balance our work and married life. When we couldn’t find the types of products we were looking for, we decided to create them ourselves to help other couples spark the romance and passion in their relationships. We figured if we were looking for that, others certainly were too, and we couldn’t have been more right.
The C&M Couples collection includes a range of natural, aromatherapy-based products, providing a balance between romance and passion in a relationship. The heart of the C&M Couples brand highlights this balance with its two scented lines, labeled “Inspire Romance®” and “Create Passion™”, which made their debut to the hospitality and spa industry at the International SPA Association (ISPA) Conference in November 2006.
We are already blessed with top brands who are selling or using C&M Couples’ products in the spas or hotels. Fantastic, luxurious properties such as the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, Miraval Life in Balance, Ritz-Carlton, Naples FL and the Sea Ranch Lodge are having great success with the C&M Couples products. Martha serves as president and handles day-to-day operations at the company, while Curt continues his work in the technology industry and actively participates in all product testing sessions.
