I highly recommend this particular product! It has helped me so much with my anxiety, to the point I no longer have the issues I had before I started taking it. I just do a lil bit here and there, throughout the day and I don't have the anxiety symptoms I used to have. I also use the Health Boost every single morning and THAT has helped my overall "health" for the past 4 years. Life Elements products are the best!!

How great is this Serenity Boost? I just purchased for the 3rd time! I've tried other tinctures and often wondered if I was just getting some olive oil. When Life Elements began offering their tinctures, I was so excited to try because I 100% trust the integrity of this company, having used and loved other products of theirs before. I was having trouble sleeping before I tried Serenity Boost. I also have general fatigue quite often. After a couple of days using I was falling asleep faster and staying asleep. That is HUGE for me. The tinctures also help aid in my overall management of fatigue and pain.

This is definitely an antidote to the "too much coffee" this morning issue. Also find that it helps calm me when I find myself trying to tackle 15 different tasks all at once. A quarter dropper seems to take the edge off and allow me to focus instead of spinning out of control.
