DOESN’T LIFE ELEMENTS ALREADY COVER LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?
We take customer service very seriously and always try our best to resolve issues for customers as quickly as possible. But once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands and we don’t have any control to help you. Which is why we highly recommend adding the Route shipping insurance.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST, AND ROUTE REPLACES IT BY ORDERING ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT FOR ME, AND THEN THAT PACKAGE GETS LOST. DOES ROUTE COVER THAT TOO?
