I have trouble falling asleep and often lie awake for hours even if I've gone to bed early. I take this and seem to fall asleep within 30 minutes or so once I've settled into bed. I also find I can go back to sleep quickly if I wake up at night! I also don't wake up groggy – I feel rested in the mornings. Love this stuff.

It works. Wasn't so sure, but the shop we bought it from said to start with a small dropper amount and work our way up till we feel like its working. Took a few days to figure out the best dosage for me & wife (about a half dropper seems to be the best). We take it about a half hour or hour before bedtime and even if we wake up to use the bathroom, it really seems to help in falling right back asleep. Love it! 💤💤💤
