Choose the strength based on soreness levels (strength is based on volume.)
Mild: 0.5oz/125mg or 2.5oz/625mg
Moderate: 0.5oz/250mg or 2.5oz/1250mg
Severe: 2.5oz /2500mg
Extreme: 0.5oz/750mg or 2.5oz/3750mg
How do you use the Muscle & Joint Relief Stick?
Once you have your chosen strength, apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin over the area of discomfort. Gently massage until absorbed. Use as needed up to several times daily. Combining this with a warm soak or gentle stretching can enhance the overall comfort response.

One of my favorite products. It’s really helpful after a tough gym workout or when I’m training for a marathon l. I’ve also taken it during my travels to help with my knee pain when I’m walking more than I’m use to. I’ve rebought for myself and gifted it to friends.
