How do you use the Muscle & Joint Relief Stick?

Once you have your chosen strength, apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin over the area of discomfort. Gently massage until absorbed. Use as needed up to several times daily. Combining this with a warm soak or gentle stretching can enhance the overall comfort response.

Amazing results for pain management!!

Life Elements hits it out of the park with this gem of a product!! It's not only an essential item in our home but we give it as gifts to share this relief with our friends and family! It's all natural ingredient formula, always the cornerstone of Life Elements products is our assurance we aren't using chemicals for pain relief from injuries, chronic conditions or just everyday aches and pains. And it smells amazingly wonderful!! Do yourself a favor and don't live with pain when it's not necessary with this awesome product in your home!!

Highly recommend

One of my favorite products. It’s really helpful after a tough gym workout or when I’m training for a marathon l. I’ve also taken it during my travels to help with my knee pain when I’m walking more than I’m use to. I’ve rebought for myself and gifted it to friends.

Product works great!…🍀👍🏼😎🎯🏁

Wasn’t sure if this would work for me, but it certainly did give it about 10 or 15 minutes and the pain just goes away. I was really surprised……………

I ordered a couple more sticks for each location that I spend time at and one little stick for my travel bag, I won’t be caught without it.

A flat $7.00 shipping fee is applied to orders up to $74.99, and free thereafter.
