Before bed (30 min to 1 hour), place .25ml to 1ml under tongue as needed (calibrated dropper included). Hold and swish 30-45 seconds, then swallow the remainder. If this is your first time, you might try moving the dosage up or down to find your sweet spot.

Makes falling and staying asleep so much easier

I have trouble falling asleep and often lie awake for hours even if I've gone to bed early. I take this and seem to fall asleep within 30 minutes or so once I've settled into bed. I also find I can go back to sleep quickly if I wake up at night! I also don't wake up groggy – I feel rested in the mornings. Love this stuff.

Shipping packaging

We are a green company. We use recycled boxes whenever possible and do not use excessive or unnecessary packing materials.

Shipping pricing

A flat $7.00 shipping fee is applied to orders up to $74.99, and free thereafter.

Shipping times

We ship Monday - Friday, except on holidays. Please allow 48-hours for order processing, 72-hours for Bath Bomb orders.

Back Orders

We will notify you immediately about any back orders and will ship as soon as the product(s) become available. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Returns

We want you to be outrageously satisfied with our products.  If for any reason you are not, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. 

Refunds apply only to orders placed through this website.  Shipping fees and gift cards are non-refundable. Refunds are processed once the item is received at the Life Elements facility.
