How do you use the Muscle & Joint Relief Stick?

Once you have your chosen strength, apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin over the area of discomfort. Gently massage until absorbed. Use as needed up to several times daily. Combining this with a warm soak or gentle stretching can enhance the overall comfort response.

Perfect Size for Travel!

My neck and shoulders always get sore when traveling. I love the relief I get from the CBD Muscle & Joint Relief stick. I keep a large one at home and this smaller stick in my travel bag. The smell is pleasant rather than medicinal, so no problem using it on an airplane or other close quarters.

So efficient

Please believe when I say that this relief roll work so well for my joint pain and muscle tension that I will never use any other pain relief pill or cream. It works quickly and glides on like butter. My only wish is for the smell to be more pleasant. Thank you for a Great! product.

Amazing results for pain management!!

Life Elements hits it out of the park with this gem of a product!! It's not only an essential item in our home but we give it as gifts to share this relief with our friends and family! It's all natural ingredient formula, always the cornerstone of Life Elements products is our assurance we aren't using chemicals for pain relief from injuries, chronic conditions or just everyday aches and pains.
